Brent Matthew DVM MBA

A graduate of the Ontario Veterinary College (DVM 1984) and the University of Western Ontario (MBA 1987), Dr. Brent Matthew has worked in private practice, acted as Medical Director of the OVC Teaching Hospital, and was a founding shareholder of Veterinary Medical Diets Inc. (Medi-Cal).  Since starting his consulting service in 1987, Brent has provided management consulting advice, including more than 350 veterinary practice valuations, to the veterinary profession across Canada.  Additionally, he has conducted numerous seminars and written many articles on the topic of veterinary practice management – with a specific focus on veterinary practice valuations and succession planning.
